Buying a Yearbook - $80.00 per book
Yearbooks are being sold in J07 from 3:00 to 3:15 p.m. (2:00 to 2:15 p.m. on Wednesdays). Cash/check only.
--- NOTE: Starting on Monday, December 7, 2009, the price per book will be $100.00.
If paying with check please make it payable to Milpitas High School and include the following in the “Memo” section: Yearbook, Student Name, ID Number, full address.

Important Items!
Senior Sibling/Buddy Pictures - $5.00 per person in the picture
In order to ensure that only siblings will be featured in the Senior Sibling section, we have made the price of Senior Sibling and Buddy pictures the same: $5 per person.
Stop by J07 to sign up for Senior Sibling starting on Monday, September 28, 2009. Appointments will be available for dates between Monday, October 5 to Friday, October 16 (from 3:00 to 3:20 p.m.; there will be no Wednesday appointments).
If you would like to take pictures with your friends, Buddy Picture sign-ups will be available in January 2010.
Baby Pictures - $20.00 per picture
If you would like to have your baby picture in the yearbook, turn in your picture (either a print or a copy on a CD), a short quote/message that you would like to appear next to your picture, and money to J07. Please put everything in an envelope with your name, student ID, and grade number.

Senior Collages - $400.00 per page, $800 per spread (2 pages)
Do you and your friends want to have your own page/spread in the yearbook? Each page is 8.5 x 11.3 inches and you can either make it by hand and give us a printout or give it to us on a CD. Please be sure to choose one person to be in charge of ordering the collage and have that person write their name, student ID, and grade number on the envelope in which you’re turning in your collage.

Family/Friends Ads - $100 (1/4 page), $200 (1/2 page), $400 (Full page)
PARENTS! Surprise (and congratulate!) your senior with a family/friends ad! We have 3 size options:
- ¼ page (4.2 x 5.6 inches)
- ½ page (8.5 x 5.6 inches)
- Full page (8.5 x 11.3 inches)
All you have to do is make your ad and turn it in (either printed or on a CD) with your money to J07. Please be sure to have your name and phone number on the envelope.
